I did it! I'm surviving covid. I'm being released from the hospital today! After 3 weeks of being terribly sick I am finally going home to continue my recovery. While I still have some pneumonia and weakness in my lungs I am grateful to be alive!

This one is Bangtan beautiful! This wedding cake was a beast to make but the end result is so pretty. The bottom layer is achieved by cutting and ruffling tons of strips of fondant then individually attaching and swirling them to create this ruffled rose design. Lots of hours.

Hey friends! I'm hanging in there. Getting assigned a room today. I've developed pneumonia as a result of covid. I'm on steroids, iv antibiotics and will be inpatient several days until my lungs heal I'm using a bipap for supportive breathing. I'm in good spirits.

Pray for my brother in law Norm who had a 4x4 accident this evening. He's in emergency surgery. He broke his ankle, compound fracture of the tibia/fibula and he blew out his knee. He has a blood clot that's preventing blood flow to his foot. He's going into surgery now. ๐
