Another great week for the OSL family. Flying a group of next level Team Leaders from around the country into Philly to assemble the “strike team”. L&D leadership investing and practicing with this group all week to prepare them to do the same around the country in coming months!

What a day, slinging phones on the busiest sales day of the year, in the worlds largest retailer. My favorite part? Supporing the front line. I’m so proud of my New England team who was out of bed by 3/4am, in store by 5am, on their feet all day and setting records!
