@studentofcycles ja- daher ist es notwendig, dass die einzelnen Staaten vertreten im Senat zuerst anfangen und dann der Bund durch die BTC-Reserve. WEnn die Staaten damit schon fortgeschritten sind wird es im Senat viel einfacher die Zustimmung zu holen. 12 Staaten sind aktuell dabei loszulegen..
