It’s a brutally chilly start but looking forward to the start of some London days over the next few weeks. Excitingly I get to welcome a brand new member of the team in just a few weeks!

I’ve smiled all day. I’m home from Surrey Downs and what an incredible and dedicated team! Amazing patient stories and loved watching the patients in the activity room singing and drawing. Today cemented my absolute love for supporting patients who live with Frailty.

Finally! I made it to go and see one of our clinical leads sites and what a welcome! Fantastic services, dedicated staff and one hell of a clinical leader - @TaraSood5 and to top it off I managed to see the wonderful @AllieCaseyNHS! Thanks for having me folks.

After a day in London, I’m back in Suffolk - it called for an evening at the pub. 10/10 views 😍

Doesn’t look like much but we took on an allotment this year. Completely over grown. 3/4 of the quadrant have been brought back to life. 1/2 the potatoes dug up and joy as I see the squash develop. After another truly tough week, it’s brought a smile to me! #happygardening
