I am heartbroken to have to share the news of the passing of my brother Bob Kulick. His love of music, and his talent as a musician and producer should always be celebrated. Please respect the Kulick Family’s privacy during this sad time. RIP
Congratulations to KISS on their final show. I want to thank Paul and Gene for the opportunity to be the lead guitarist of the band for the non make up era. It was a dream of a lifetime! Most important are the KISS fans. Their support and love touches my life everyday. It’s a
I am saddened to hear to news one of my true guitar heroes death, Eddie Van Halen. He expanded the landscape of lead guitar playing, and took it to another level like a turbo charged muscle car leaving everyone behind. I was very influenced by his emotional lead playing. EVH RIP
Thank you all for the enormous outpouring of condolences, love and support for my brother Bob. Sadly, there will not a traditional service, due to the pandemic. In the future, a memorial will be done for all of us to honor his great career. His legacy will never be forgotten. RIP
We lost Eric Carr Nov 24th, 1991. He was such a huge presence in my years in KISS and was a big part of the band for 4 years prior to my tenure. He loved the fans, and was a fantastic drummer, singer, composer, and performer. RIP Eric Carr.

With the sad news of Paul Stanley’s father passing away, I wanted to share this photo of Mr Eisen from Paul’s 40th Birthday party in Los Angeles in 1992. I always loved meeting him. He was a wonderful man and always so proud of his son. RIP William Eisen

Isolated Riffs continue and this one is with me jamming to the track in my home office. Here’s the Revenge rough for "Domino". Starts middle of song, and it’s missing some vocals but it's about my riffs for you to enjoy.

Legendary actress Stella Stevens, my brother's longtime partner, passed away this morning from a long illness. She is finally reunited with Bob today. She starred in many movies I love. It was very special for my family and I to know her personally. RIP Stella, 1938-2023.
Here’s the lead parts of the KISS Alive III version of “Creatures of the Night” played on my original ESP M-1 Banana guitar in my Fender Super Champ XD combo amp. Vintage Boss SD-1 pedal in line. Carlino BK signature KISS Animalize Strap as well! Enjoy the riffs.

Eric Carr was born today in 1950. A very Happy Birthday to my dear friend, and KISS drummer Eric Carr. His thunderous drums, talent, and humor is truly missed.
@EricCarr_TheFox
My brother Bob’s recent death was a shock to me as well as the entire music world. Dealing with all of his affairs has been very hard. He saved everything from his career and I will share with you many of these photos and memories. He lived a full life, with many accomplishments.
It's hard for me to explain the impact Eric Carr made on my life. In KISS he was a very powerful force. His passing should be noted with respect for his talent, his love for the fans, and his constant desire to be the great man he was. Eric Carr 11/24/91 RIP

April 18, 1992, thirty years ago MTV premieres the new KISS video, “Unholy”. It’s the first Gene single in ten years, and Eric Singer’s first video with the band. The heavier sound set the stage for Revenge. Do you remember the first time you saw the video?
@genesimmons
Here’s more “Isolated Riffs” with the solo I did in “Unholy” from the KISS Revenge LP. Using the actual backing track, playing my 2008 ESP M-II, with a Boss Waza SD-1 into a Vox Wah, and a Boss Waza DM2 delay. My home amp is a Fender Super Champ XD.

True: KISS Asylum tour live with me playing Gene Simmons Axe Bass.

True: I was left alone on stage after my lead guitar solo. Gene and Paul did not come out when planned and I totally
Jeff Beck's guitar playing made a HUGE impact on me. His passionate and lyrical approach, his pitch and expressive ability on the guitar made a connection with me that I loved. He will be greatly missed, and never forgotten, he's a true legend of guitar. RIP Jeff Beck.
30 years ago today, in 1992, my good friend Eric Singer played his first show with KISS! The Stone Club in San Francisco, KISS learned that Eric was a total pro. We knew we had the right drummer. It was KISSTORY! Photo by

Meat Loaf, (Marvin Lee Aday) passed away last night at the age of 74. Bob and I had the unique pleasure of performing with him, supporting the incredible “Bat Out of Hell” album. He was a uniquely brave and passionate man and a talent that I will miss.

My best wishes to Paul Stanley who tested positive for Covid yesterday. May you have a speedy recovery!! FBF post is from Aug 27th, 1988, one of my most memorable shows in my KISSTORY. A huge Monsters of Rock show in Germany with Doro Pesch introducing us.
@PaulStanleyLive
Many of you asked for me to play the "Forever" guitar solo! I am playing a Takamine acoustic. On the HITS LP, I played Paul's blonde Guild. In the video we rented a Gibson Black Dove. I hope you enjoy me continuing my "Isolated Riffs”!

My brother Bob’s Birthday is today. While he may not be here to celebrate with us, he’s still in all of our thoughts. Let’s remember to play some tunes for him! (Alive II, PS Solo LP, Killers, Balance, Wasp, etc). (Photo by Randy Crump, 2013).
It's my turn to get in the Demon's boots!! Go visit the Gene Simmons KISS World Museum at the Rio Casino Las Vegas! It's a KISSTORIC experience!

One year ago today, April 6th, 2018 my Mom passed away. I miss her very much, but I’m certain she’s still watching over me. She’s a huge part of who I am, and what I have become. I’m forever grateful to have been her loving son.
Amazing! Jamming with KISS on the KKVIII was an epic event last night. I first played Domino and Hide Your Heart and then Ace Frehley came on for 2000 Man and NY Groove. We ended with Nothing to Lose and RNRAN! Kisstory was made!
Happy Birthday to the one and only Paul Stanley! Your talent and drive is an inspiration to all. Keep rockin' forever!

In this article, I share my thoughts of the final KISS show at MSG. I feel by the band not representing Kisstory, was a missed opportunity for the fans to celebrate. What’s your opinion?

KISS Guitar of the Month of January, ESP Custom Explorer, 1992. My Black ESP guitar that was used for the Revenge Tour! Alive III was released shortly after, and it’s cover artwork featured me in the letter “I” of KISS, performing with this guitar! Super black and mirror mojo!
Last night at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas, my good friend Eric Singer came to enjoy the Grand Funk show. Eric loves the great drumming and vocals of Don Brewer. He enjoyed the music and we had fun backstage in the famed “Sinatra” dressing room.

- Today August 9th, 1995 KISS performs “MTV Unplugged” at Sony Studios in NYC. The concert showcased the talent of the non makeup Revenge era band. It was the catalyst for the massively successful Reunion tour with Ace and Peter. It was Kisstory for MTV!
A fan shared this insane concept of me: “Kulick it Up” with a Revenge era photo of me. BUT seriously now, "Happy 40th Anniversary to “Lick it Up”. Great tunes and the start of the non-makeup era of KISS.
Sad news of the passing of Gary Corbett. He was a talented musician, and I had the pleasure to tour with him during 3 KISS tours: CN, HITS, Revenge. Although he was off stage, his keyboard support, friendship and good nature made him feel like the fifth member of the band. RIP
Here’s my Part Two where I show the harmony notes in my “Tears Are Falling” solo from KISS Asylum. I give a special shout out to

35 years ago, on Sept 30th 1984, was my very first performance with KISS! The start of the Animalize World Tour began in Brighton, England. For 6 weeks I toured as a “temporary” guitarist alongside Gene, Paul, and…
Honestly, this LP is still awesome for me to listen to! I’ll be playing tracks from this LP on KKVIII. 33 years. Where does time fly! I’m “King of the Mountain” when I relive this part of my career!

More Isolated Riffs! Here’s my guitar solo to the KISS hit, “Crazy Crazy Nights”. I explain the chorus chords just before the solo, and played on my ESP M-II, thru my home amp, Fender Super Champ XD, with Boss SD-1 overdrive.
