Your weight loss journey has to 100% be about you. You can’t do it for revenge, to shit on people etc. You have to fall in love with the journey of taking care of yourself, practicing discipline and pushing yourself past your comfort zone. There’s no sustainability in revenge 🤷🏽♀️.

LOL that your support for weight loss is conditional. 86 of the 140 was lost before I had WLS + it wasn’t a requirement. It was me being discipline + preparing myself for this life long change. I work out 5x a week. There’s NOTHING anyone can say to discredit my hard work.
