The new circuit's back straight is 1.7 miles long; Baku's is 1.3; Paul Ricard's sans chicane is 1.25; Monza's is 0.8; Shanghai, Spa, Yeongam and Buddh are 0.7; the only longer straights in Formula 1 history are found at the Norschleife, Pescara and AVUS.
