Sprint implies going flat out, at high speed, which IS NOT sustainable or healthy.

I accidentally kicked my robot vacuum today while he was cleaning the kitchen and I instinctively said "sorry". Thanks to @grok_'s talk at @agileaus way back in 2016, I at least know why I felt compelled to apologize to a machine.
