Valuation doesn’t matter at the pre-seed stage. I’m not saying pre-seed companies should be valued at seed valuations. I’m saying that there is a nominal difference between $6M, $7M, or 8M post. Pre-seed investors who get hung up on these things…probably shouldn’t be.
