Social got off to a great start with a 4-1 win against newly promoted Newcastle Town Reserves. An early goal from Harvey Deebank put social ahead and in control of the game but conceded a sloppy goal just before the break. Social came out the traps quick playing some great

Social traveled away today to early league favorites Silverdale Athletic. Social went up early in the first half through and Kieron Cliff cross which Charlie Jesssup slotted away. Social went in at half time 1-0 up which flattered the opposition making the second half difficult.

Social traveled to Bolehall Swifts for their final game of preseason in which was a game of 2 half’s. Going 1-0 down early doors and went in 2-1 down at half time, Social needed to wake up second half. The second half was a lot better display as the lads walked away 3-2 winners.
