"Automations in AI don't work" I call BS Our startup studio created & spun out @prodopsai for product teams. I refactored it to address our studios ideation/validation process. They just gave me full automated workflows. The future is here. Check it

@gregisenberg Agreed. My personal moto to keep on time and respect others - Early is on time. On time is late, and late is unacceptable.

There is a popular POV about how incumbent companies are “just fine” because they have $, customers, and data, and same access to the APIs a startups have to deploy and productize AI in their existing products. An interesting playbook we are seeing for AI startups is to target large incumbents areas that require heavy prof services to setup and configure the product to deliver customer value (good example is CRM). These services, oftentimes offered by third parties, can be “productized” (automated) with AI native onboarding to deliver a cheaper (free?), faster, and more customized solution (good value prop!). Hard for customers to ignore this and switch if pulled off. + agentic layer as another “product” attack vector and it could be tough for incumbents to adapt from a GTM, pricing, infrastructure, ops standpoint. Becoming increasingly clear how app layer will be built out. Should be an exicitjng next few years.

Things I’ve learnt as a 5 time founder and director of a start up studio. 1. I’ll never know it all and need to evolve 2. I will fight like hell to support quality founders putting in the work 3. Brutal honesty is the only way to advance #1 and fulfill #2

Don't build shit till ya get message market fit. The best solutions fail if no one understands what they are and why they're needed. Message market fit, then code—the new MVP.

@OchsnerHealth just saw some poor baby girl drown at your fitness center pool. Life guards don’t even know CPR. A club member had to step in. This gym is owned by you, the states leading hospital. Disgusting. EMS on the scene. How she lives. Y’all need to clean up your act.

Speaking of AI impacts, this is a great example from @prodopsai . Connect AI to your tools and internal repositories of knowledge and knock things out perfect, and in your voice/style/requirments.

@youneedarobot How does the study define, "impact". Is it framed from a loss of jobs perspective, increased productivity, both or something else? AI has dramatically impacted my role as startup studio mg. director, but only in positive ways, so far at least.
