This seems … bad. If it’s okay to violate someone’s right to counsel so long as you think the right guy won, there is no right to counsel.
En banc 10th Circuit: When govt listened in on defense counsel calls in violation of the 6th Amendment right to counsel, a showing of prejudice is required, overturning prior panel precedent saying such violations are structural error. #N

@CosmoSoake81435 @Y4LYFE Because when PSLF was implemented by the Bush administration in 2007, the government made a contract with borrowers promising that the loan balance would be forgiven after 10 years! Contracts are enforceable! Hope that helps.

@ThuggerDaily Slightly later in this hearing, Glanville is trying to defend why he addressed Steel inappropriately, & he says: “that’s why, probably, Ms. Love asked me to put it under seal for the time being.” this was way before the Woody “meetings,” did DA disclose this to Judge Whitaker?
