Interesting chance to compare how your mind thinks about Tory's route back to competitiveness and the Democrats. Similar situations but my political leaning makes me think of different solutions. E.g. would a different candidate be enough or do they need move ideologically?

@cfgmiller I feel like Bernie was Corbyn stage but since ~2020 they've tacked more centrist. Clearly it'd help them to go further right. Interesting inverse of Tory situation in this country.

@Parsonking It doesn't seem like the voters cared about age in this election. Seems more about gender if anything. Think it'd be odd for Dems to restrict themselves - get the best candidate from anywhere.
