I still remember the first time I played Wipeout on the PS1. The graphics, the gameplay, the music was sheer perfection. I never got the fascination with Gran Turisimo. Wipeout was where it was at. Still one of my all time greatest games.

I wouldn't have a career without Flash. It was an amazingly creative time, especially how it let you combine art + code and the incredible community around it. Everything I learned then I carry with me now.
Sad about the demise of Flash today. Feels like the nail in the coffin for a creative-first approach to web design. It was a gateway technology. Making your own things, and distributing them easily, is becoming harder, not easier. RIP Flash. I’m here because of you.
