The amount of energy that survivors have spent advocating & fighting for what was always theirs is despicable.
Forcing victims to beg for money & forcing dependence veiled as “long term needs” when folks are struggling to make ends meet is not trauma informed. It is predatory.
We announced today the disbursement of $811,400 received for Club Q - $761,400 of which will be paid out to victims in lump-sum cash distributions and $50,000 to cover current, specific victim assistance requests previously identified by advocates.
