Life update: I‘ve successfully sold WeBurn last month 👀

When I founded my UG (a small GmbH) for freelancing and app releases, I asked my notary to use the official government blueprint for the shareholders’ agreement—sent him the exact template to save costs. He changed one word, and the registry court blocked my registration for not using the blueprint. End result? I had to pay setup fees twice, and my company registration was delayed by 3 months! 🙄

@euacchq @EU_Commission It took me over a month to have my UG set up in Germany. Other people I talked to said it took them nearly half a year. It’s also rather expensive, especially when you are just starting a digital business for the first time.
