@syemchenko Yes, it has that feel. Strangely, I found it was built in 1925 by an architect Shtandel, as a headquarters of Ukrainian military district.

Kharkiv is not Kharkiv without a little bit of art insanity. Mysterious writings on the walls near the train station enumerate cities and call for a million of batyushkas (orthodox priests??) to arrive (I’m not sure I’d want to see that, only if in like a carnival).

Vietnamese Kitchen on Kharkiv Constitution square inherited the rich traditions of local Vietnamese community. Laid back, simple, a litre of Pho soup for 4 Euros and the tastiest bao buns.

@RAverchuk They are mostly sold I supermarkets, but since the full-scale war you can find them around. Now Catholic University canteen in Lviv takes part in the fundraising and sells them, because they work with Plan B from Kharkiv. And also there is a new place in Lviv Третє місце.
