@VWeisenfeld @jarreau28 @unscriptedmike @atrupar The point is how. Not be law breaking or ignoring court orders. Congress funds government through legislation the exec can't unilaterally decide to stop it

@TechCryptoGuy @atrupar There are a couple things happening. No one is saying u can't audit, this more 1. how u go about doing it: transparency, repeatability, and oversight. 2. Congress funds most departments through legislation and the constitutional power of the purse strings the exec can't stop it

@JerseyRedPAC @atrupar So far no theft or fraud uncovered. Not so much about audits per se but how it's done: transparent, reproducible, public and with Congress deciding what gets funded. None of that appears to be happening now.

@bastosventures @ttayehh24 @bennyjohnson But they don't have anything to do with the teachers union either.

@VERITAS_2U @ttayehh24 @bennyjohnson Simply put it already does. The department of education does not define curriculum as stated earler

@IronLeagueThug A troll with a lot of memes and not much in the way of defending his positions.

@IronLeagueThug 🙄 they are dependent on donations and grants from government or charities. So if 1 charity had 15% and instantly cut them off they would likely be impacted. But if they gave a heads up they could plan for other sources or unwind chosen operations thoughtfully. Against notice?

@IronLeagueThug For NGOs? Depends on the NGO since they all have different to zero impact. Doctor's Without Borders I think gets 20% funding from government. If all from US then that may be hard to all of sudden fill that gap. Not sure why we just couldn't give some notice of x days

@IronLeagueThug Well as the article I sent indicated alot of them have limits to the funding some take 0. So no not all NGOs are gov funded. Some have 10 or 20% limit. Presumably this is funded regardless of party in power, so not sure what the problem is with giving grants to them.

@bastosventures @ttayehh24 @bennyjohnson Curruciculum has always been at the state or lower level. I don't think you, like most here, know what the department does.

@sugarfoots1941 @GuntherEagleman @bennyjohnson The Department has nothing to do with curruclum, we are not last, but yeah not first either

@IronLeagueThug Not sure how its relevant but again I think you should ask yourself, is it true? where is the data so you can verify for yourself the claim? If it is true what is the impact? Here is one partial answer:

@BentleyBaxter @IronLeagueThug @JHWeissmann I know I am dealing with someone that does not have an arguement back with any sort of data to back up the claims. How many companies that decided to forgo the vax mandate where gone after by osha? How many complained? How many court cases were there argueing about it?

@BentleyBaxter @IronLeagueThug @JHWeissmann Apparently neither do u,so we can call it draw unless u can point to something more specific

@IronLeagueThug Yes your yellow highlighting was such a masterful argument I gasped at the intellect, the complexity and complete lack of conspiratorial paranoia. Truly one for the ages
