BEFORE i eat, keeps me in check, ik exactly how many cals i am eating, & v aware of it! my intake on avg was 150-400, 700 was a bad day (personally!!!) * i cant eat what i can’t post. i develped a mentality of "the food i hide from public, will show up on my body anyway" (2/4)

- omads & prolonged fasting * if i plan on eating, i try to leave out 24 hours between each meal! (and i try to exercise when i am 13 hours in, as i am in ketosis and my body starts using up fat) * i log each meal on lose it (u can use any app that works for you) (1/4)

- my stats i'm 172 cms tall (about 5’7 or 5’8 idk) i started off at 71.1 kgs (156.7 lbs) ended with 64.3 kgs (141.75 lbs) bmi: 24 —> bmi 21.7 total lost: 6.8 kgs / 14.95 lbs!

my usual routine (realistic): - wake up - pee - weigh myself - trigger myself by consuming media that triggers me more lol pace around my room and get a couple of thousand steps in - lay in bed for hours (if im not exercising) - drink lots of water till its time to sleep lol

- protein and fibre intake * invested more in protein-rich food than any other (mostly protein greek yogurt and sliced chicken breasts, 12 cals a slice * high-fibre bread and green apples were also life savers. i would freeze green apples and cut them in little cubes as dessert

- toning exercises & cardio * because i HATE exercise, i only did cardio for a while to build up my stamina. i would go on 10 km walks with music, get a coke zero if i pass by a gas station, pretend im the artist singing whatever song is on my headphones, anyth to get steps in

- bmr , tdee my bmr (calories i burn off doing nothing) is around 1450-1500 my tdee (cals i burn off including activity, etc.) is between 2100 & 2200 cals. it fluctuates lots and there’s periods where its even a lot lower than that!
