@DaveShapi I don't think I follow Why would a coherent superintelligent alien species care about humans?

This short video will tell you everything you need to know about @sama
"Probably his whole life is from a position of insecurity" OpenAI CEO Sam Altman said the company is "not for sale" and Elon Musk is probably trying to delay its progress with an unsolicited bid for the AI firm

Someone was able to jailbreak that version of Claude that was specifically designed not to be jailbreakable. What do you think @AnthropicAI will do: a) Acknowledge that they have no idea how to build safe AI - and stop building. b) Quick patch and pretend it never happened
After ~300,000 messages and an estimated ~3,700 collective hours, someone broke through all 8 levels. However, a universal jailbreak has yet to be found...

@LocBibliophilia 'How to survive' is a question we should ask before jumping from the plane, and the answer would be: 'pack a parachute' If you answer after jumping, the answer is: 'you don't.'

Most people see AI as software that was programmed by humans - therefore, it is under our control. In reality, it's a lot more like a silicon-based alien species.
When a big new thing appears, we tend to think of it initially in terms of the old thing. For example, people thought of cars and trains as mechanized carriages initially, before starting to see them as their own thing. How are we doing this with AI?

@AlexHormozi There is nothing worth remembering because one day there will be no one to remember it. Which you already know, so it's weird you're using 'legacy' as a reason for doing stuff. Also, no such thing as making the world a better place, just making it more like you want it to be.

@elonmusk The human hand is extremely limited and fragile. Yes, it's cool that it evolved from single cell organisms - but saying it's incredible is a bit of an overstatement IMO.
