3 yrs ago tonite, 4/30/17, I suffered massive heart attack or what my doctors would later refer to as my "major event".It was an intensely painful and humbling experience. Thx to paramedics who worked on me at my house for a half hour and then on way to hospital. Glad to be alive

Saw my cardiologist today and it was entirely upbeat. 3 years after my heart “event”, numbers and tests good, even the EKG I got today. Doc said I don’t even need to keep seeing twice a year, said come back next year. Said I can do everything, strenuous stuff too, yes even “that”

5 yrs ago 2nite my arm went numb, pressure filled chest, felt softball in my neck and intense pain. Heart attack or what my doctors since call it, my “major cardiac event.” Went to doctor today, weight down, cholesterol good,blood pressure 117/78 all better than before “event” 😀
