No business is run as a democracy yet we insist our democratic government run more like a business to be it more efficient. Would it make sense to vote for a CEO & let him pick his senior auxiliary staff CFO COO CTO etc. and vote for a board of directors. What is the up/downside?

Our real political landscape is 10% Radical left 80% Moderates 10% Extreme Right. We need to hear a lot more from all the moderates but the algorithms promote controversy hate & incitement to violence for views and advertising dollars. We need to demand changes in social media

We are ruled by two corporate parties who pretend to be adversaries for the cameras in order to deceive the public into thinking we live in a democracy, but when it’s time to pass laws these two parties sell out the people every time to big corporations and the billionaire class.

My son likes Trump. I told him what I kind of admire is he has brought the curtain down & now we see clearly the arrogance violence & stupidity of those we call our leaders. It’s been this way for my entire life at least since Kennedy but now at least people are pissed about it.

The Trump presidency honestly couldn’t be a better representation of what America has been for quite some time without the veneer of civility and respectability politics. There’s no reforming or restructuring any of this. Our only path forward is building something new.
