@adehodges No different ending, just various scenes throughout were cut. Opinion seems to favour the shorter verion. While i'm sure it was an anniversary edition to make money it's still intriguing, like the outakes of a classic album.

@adehodges The original "Extended" U.S version is 25 mins longer at 146 minutes. It was released on blueray a few years ago. Kubrick cut it for the European release. I've not seen the longer one, was just wondering if it adds anything substantial.
