@BinitaKane I have a number of people post COVID with exertionalndysp ea.. All of them negative for PE by CT. Should we be doing V/Q scans on all of them.

@jjvalentinmd With shallow implants or cusp overlap predil to avoid having to postdil. Agree with deeper balloon position. If you do need to postdilate.

@PinakShahMD Knee before AVT (TAVR). Have used this paradigm for both hip replacement and knee especially in asymptomatic patient and normal to near normal BNP.

@chipkaminsky Left radial or groin. In addition to prior suggestions sometimes a JR4 guide will get you close. Wire the lesion and use a guide extension catheter. JL3. 5 also might get you close.
