I built to get this block template stuff in front of more eyes. It shows real time template data sent to miners to work on and you can watch for similarities between pools yourself. This thread does a great job explaining the data:
Looking at the merkle branches that mining pools send to miners as part of stratum jobs, it's clear that the BTCcom pool, Binance pool, Poolin, EMCD, Rawpool, and possibly Braiins* have exactly the same template and custom transaction prioritization as AntPool.

This has been my primary source of heat this winter. StealthMiner by @SatStackingPleb. Keeps the place at a nice 77F ~23TH/s at 660 watts

@tatumturnup @mononautical Yeah, they just copied what Mara did (per @PortlandHODL below) I'm not tracking Mara in my tool because Mara is a private pool, so I don't have any insight into what templates they are sending.
@mononautical Wait, they copied nearly every aspect of the MARA block I made. WUs, TX structure, etc... Imitation is the best form of flattery. They did mess up with an off by 2 error it seems by not accounting for the size of their coinbase TXN

@mononautical There was a period of time this morning where a few pools were all sending empty work.
Bunch of pools all sending empty block templates this morning. Binance, Secpool, Sigmapool, EMCD, Headframe. Strange script tag for all of them too. Today all of these combined represent ~115.42 EH/s (~14.69%) Surely they're not all using a centralized block template provider... right?
