@Telstra can we go DM please? i have a few questions about this for my father

@Telstra waiting on a case we have running for my fathers emails (cannot access via Outlook, seems to be locked out) and the only access is webmail and I thought bulk export (no info is available via telstras online help). ill contact tech supp if outloook access cannot be resolved first

@Telstra How do you export all your emails from the webmail service? There is no way to bulk select emails and forward them or export them.

@Telstra Yep after entering all the details and outlook attempts to connect. The same issue happens with thunderbird. Its like its disallowing connection via this medium where as webmail is fine.
