Things I love include Union Square; Field & Vine; naturally leavened, wood-fired pizzas; and whimsy; so I'm all in on this one!

One of our writers covered Zhi Wei Cafe, a fantastic new spot in Boston's Leather District that features Lanzhou beef noodle soup, and I tagged along to take photos. Check out the story, and check out the restaurant!

@nadiachaudhury Oooof having moved from Chorus to WordPress when I left Eater, I will say I miss Chorus quite a lot. What a weird move!

Thai-inspired food, creative cocktails, live jazz, a restaurateur whose lineage includes a 13th-century sorcerer with an army of hobgoblins...yep, I'm gonna go here. Hobgoblin opens tonight in downtown #Boston (no music yet, though):

New piece up today, a preview of a very special little restaurant/bar/hangout at Bow Market in #Somerville, the Eaves. Creative Vietnamese food and drinks, good vibes, good people. (It's from the team behind the also-awesome Cicada in Cambridge.)

(Also, there's a cocktail made with hots syrup—as in hots, the New England condiment on Italian subs, etc.—so that is very fun!)

It's been really fun digging into a meatier (ha) feature than my usual day-to-day reporting. I hope you enjoy! And now I need to take a break from eating steak tips for a while, I think...

Here's a sneak peek inside the gorgeous live music venue, restaurant, and bar Grace by Nia, opening in the Seaport on May 11. Kind of obsessed with the wallpaper and those gold palm leaves. Also...carrot-cake chicken and waffles? Hello.
