We were devastated to find out that one of our followers, a NAFO fella, and a friend of Ukraine, Regina, has died from heart attack.
Rest in peace, and thank you for being a great human being. Condolences to friends and family.

As you now know, Regina is an organ donor. Yesterday they began the process of moving forward with that. As multiple organ donation surgeries things take a lot of coordination (multiple recipients, surgical teams ..) Regina’s surgeries likely ended up continuing into today

Obviously I can only speak on my experiences volunteering in Ukraine & Poland, but I personally met an equal ratio (if not a higher ratio) of German citizens there volunteering or delivering aide. The Germans I met there were very apologetic for their governments level of support
