honestly it’s been scaring me more and more like in the beginning i was like wtv but knowing people have to be in recovery for a while before they get it and all the consequences of not having it is scary but other than that yes i still do get period symptoms sometimes

hiii!!! low res and being active for me has done sm damage a few months ago and high res is working out so well for me now and i’m consistently losing without suffering as much (physically)
idk if this is bad to say but i feel like non disordered people go like “i haven’t ate anything” but in reality they’ve been snacking and having lots of drinks like yes you have 😭 just because you didn’t have a proper meal doesn’t mean you didn’t eat anything

i was being sarcastic w the 700 btw 😭 but he added like half a cup (or what looks like) of condensed milk which is around 500 cals itself so i wouldn’t be surprised if w the milk it’s acc 700

a lot of people with ana don’t consume less than 200 or else most of them wouldn’t be here rn acc, most of them have high intakes and that’s how they maintain lower bmis
