I know I'm some nobody on Twitter but I'm will continue to bring this up every chance I get until I get an answer. I'm a citizen, I vote, and this law will impact me, for the better if Government actually follows it. What will be the punishment be for any Government Agent and/or Official that violates this law? The Police officer that makes the arrest. The DA the files charges. The Judge that not only allows the case to go to trial but holds the person without bail. What happens to them? What will be they be charged with. How many years in federal prison will they be looking at? What about restitution for financial damages they caused? Show me the text of this law that outlines all of this because I'm not seeing it We already have Government Agents and Official ignoring Presidential Executive orders and other Federal laws because they fear no punishment, because in many cases there is none; in other cases laws are never enforced. Don't even get me started on the all the Lawfare "The process is the punishment" BS that gets carried out by rogue DA and Judges, because again there is no risk to them for doing so. Daniel Penny never should have been charged.
