Wanted to share something different Here’s how I lost $730,000 bc of one decision. The money would’ve been life changing for me, but maybe it wasn’t a mistake ➡️ During peak Blast euphoria I promised to buy back Wolves NFTs from holders for 0.05 ETH each ➡️ I thought we’d all farm Blur together with a huge bid wall, NFTs would send, we’d win the Blast lottery, and get tons of Gold. I assumed I’d buy back maybe 20% of them ➡️ But Blur farming made almost no money, we never got significant Gold or the lottery win, and the market tanked after TGE, so ppl took the cash (I’d probably do the same lol) ➡️ I ended up buying back 70% of supply or almost 200 ETH worth, most of our mint ➡️ Smart ppl advised me against the promise, to scale it down, or to forget about it since no one would care that much ➡️ I’m an optimist tho and think it’ll work out eventually…two reasons: ➡️ The wolves who remain are fanatical and will stick with us to the end of time. A true cult ➡️ If we ever announce something new I’m 100% certain the ppl who left will remember the money we made them + promises kept and return 10 fold. Some whales told me as much directly ➡️ Anyway that’s my story of fumbling a million dollar mint. I think about the what-ifs every while, but then remember I have a lot of hungry wolves to feed…

$BLUR has had a fee switch coded into it since launch. Still digesting the @SplitCapital proposal but I think this is a well-written plan to finally turn on fees.
