Youāre so stupid youād try and drown a fish. Have you got a crystal ball that projects 30 years.
It's sensible financial planning, if you know there's a cost coming in 30 years time, to start saving to pay it now. Similar idea to a mortgage. So Ā£340,000 over Ā£30 years is Ā£11,300/year (without taking into account inflation, which will reduce this cost much further.) 4/7

@danieljack1991 I was too busy watching for blockages and bulldozing to notice that. Iāll have to look at the yield map. Pigeons hadnāt found it but donāt know when it went down.
