New: WVU footed a $230K+ bill for Coben to fly on a private plane to Charleston and work for the governor and health department.

I'm not opposed to adding a statue of Boreman, but removing Byrd is just petty. There's already a statue of Lincoln at the Capitol. Washington and Madison have no particular connection to West Virginia. Find West Virginians to honor if you want to add more statues.
