The incentive to hire handicapped people is your heart. And Americans have the biggest heart of any country on earth. Nobody needs DEI or any other incentive when you follow your heart and do the right thing. Handicapped people have so much to offer and Americans realize that. End of story.

Within the next 18-24 months, with spending cuts from Congress and efficiencies captured by DOGE, President Trump could be ready to show Americans their first path back to fiscal sanity and a balanced budget in decades. With enough support, he could even be ready to reward Americans with another tax cut. Voters would love keeping more of their money and piling up less debt, and theyād have ONLY Republicans to thank. Democrats will have shrieked hysterically against it for years claiming ādemocracyā was coming to an end. If Democrats stake their entire brand on fighting tooth and nail against fiscal sanity and lower taxes, they risk being on the losing end of the biggest electoral shift since FDR.
