6 months ago I was diagnosed with type 2
#diabetes
scared the living daylights out of me. Life reset, lots of research, diet, gym, supplements and little alcohol and my latest bloods have shown I’ve reversed it and have now dropped into pre-diabetic phase, so happy!!!
