One solution to the above is get school students to do internships as a school module. This is practiced in many states in the US, where a 15 year old is sent to do an internship in the vacation. The school system also needs to align with the real-life social skills.

This is true; the new startups are trying to do things that have already being done. It’s always good to find ane deficient way for an existing solution but I think what’s more important is to truly innovate in their own discipline to make the world a better place.
