@Comm_Invest There was a study out of Harvard Med School ~10 years ago showing that EPA component of Omega3 fish oil has a significant effect in reducing systemic inflammation, with a huge benefit for those at risk of cardiac disease. Been taking 3 gr/day for 5+ years.
