👥We held a meeting with the coordination team:. 🟢 Technical staff from the @ajelprat .🟢 Technicians from the landscaping company @PreZero_ES .🟢 Staff from the companies @SempergreenESP and @TEBcooperativa, and members of BIG4LIFE.🟢 Researchers from the @UdL_info

We have carried out:. ☑️ A new sampling of plant development (Sedum sp). ☑️ Monitoring of temperature sensors to measure the roof’s contribution to the building’s energy savings. ☑️ Surveys on the perception and social acceptance of the green roof among building staff.

We continue to monitor the extensive #greenroof of 📍 l’Auditori Artesà!. 🎭 This is the green roof of the Teatre l’Artesà (@teatrelartesa), developed with the support of the Ajuntament del Prat de Llobregat (@ajelprat). @LIFEprogramme #UrbanSustainability

Hem portat a terme:. ☑️ Un nou mostreig del desenvolupament de les plantes (sedum sp). ☑️ Seguiment dels sensors de registre de temperatura per mesurar la contribució en l'estalvi d'energia de l'edifici. ☑️ Enquestes de percepció i acceptació social de la coberta.

📍 Porxos d’en Xifré – 🌱 A semi-extensive green roof installed on a historic residential building in Barcelona’s old town, right next to the port. We’ve carried out monitoring tasks, including:.

📣 La cura pel medi ambient i la sostenibilitat no fa vacances!. Per això, ens hem desplaçat fins a Barcelona per a continuar cuidant i fer monitoratge de les #cobertesverdes impulsades pel projecte #BIG4LIFE, amb @LIFEprogramme, ubicades en aquest municipi:

At BIG4LIFE, we believe in the power of the #educationalcommunity to take care of what matters most: our planet! 🌍.

The Cavallers green roof comes with an added challenge: it has no access to a water supply. 💧 That’s why the collaboration between different stakeholders in this project is even more valuable and enriching.

Also, carpentry students from Institut Castell dels Templers brought their classroom designs to the rooftop, installing 2 insect hotels 🪲 and 5 bird nest boxes 🐦.
