Based on one of your examples, which is LPDP, there are more women awardee than men.
While yes, some women are victims of our culture that slightly leans toward patriarchy, but IMO the majority, at least in urban educated environment, are not.

I said, "..at the end of the day..", yes there will always be naysayers but very rarely a woman is denied a position or scholarship JUST BECAUSE she is a woman.
Negative or misogynistic comments rarely affects the RESULT in a meritocratic environment.

While yes, I probably would never understand the experience of being a woman, but I can say from a man perspective, I never once think I deserve a position or scholarship more than the other person because of my gender. It's not patriarchy, it's just plain arrogance.

Serious issue with the wording.
Men and women can be vulnerable to their closed ones, as a means of trust, venting, coping, etc. Beyond that, men and women must be strong. Ga boleh rapuh dan lemah. Harus bisa provide.

Kalau mau belajar sendiri bisa dari Udemy LinkedIn Learning atau yang gratis . Hands on practice almost impossible unless your uni have partnership with SAP jd jgn khawatir gak ada satupun company yg expect fresh grad udah bisa SAP sebelum join.

Hmm in my opinion nggak sih. Kalau mau apply ke SAP consulting dan blm ada experience, pasti di hire sebagai junior atau MT, dimana gak pernah training pun bisa2 aja sebenernya.
