In a country where youth sports are taken extremely seriously, some of my favorite coaching moments have been watching my players dance or sing along to the music during practice. It’s an amazing feeling seeing them be so carefree and just enjoy practice.

@garzstrength Did this with my Japanese middle school team today and they loved it. Smaller ball and no cones meant they were all moving around a lot. We might try two balls and two people next time.
