@iangattphysio @FIRST_PHC Completely agree but think we’re treating very different populations also. Would expect the athlete to be in a very different metabolic state to some of the pts I see. So it will be horses for courses

@iangattphysio Agree with the principles will depend on pathology , population & co morbidities. Also shared decision on perceived risk vs benefit with each pts situation. For some low load may just be tendon gliding . Need more research on loading earlier @FIRST_PHC ?
