But of course, before final acceptance of a paper, all data and code should be made available, and ideally a reviewer would check whether the code does what the paper says it do es, and whether the results are reproduced. 6/6

I want to close with a few good news, namely comparisons of stats from my first two years and my last two years in this role. See here in a separate thread. 17/17
Stepping down now, I have been the Data Editor for Management Science for four years and ~1000 replication packages (supported by @MilosFisar, @chrhuber_ and @ozkesali). So here is some look back at trends, mostly in pie charts. 1/17
