@BladeoftheS I am sure folk being treated for malignant melanoma will appreciate that comment.

@Roddy_Neilson And I can point to Ward 25 - the general ICU. And sadly I can still smell the stench of burned flesh too.

@Mo_ChridheBeag @agcolehamilton @jackiebmsp They don't want good stories. I ALWAYS get a same day appointment with my GP in Glasgow. Recently I had an emergency hosp admission and from initial call to 111 to being tucked up in bed it was 45 mins!

@policecommander I had the Brontes and Shakespeare jigsaws last year. The latter is tricky, but fun. I received a Virginia Woolfe one this yr but have not started it as I'm caring for my friends cat & Ivy's 'help' is a mixed blessing!

@KerryBurgess A. It's a lie. B. It looks common and vulgar and has nothing to do with Christmas.

@plyons45 Looking far more like your old self. Here's to a better year next year and keep away from the bloody loft!

@BladeoftheS I kept it on, but only because it was coming from the old Middlesex Hospital Chapel and Instead of listening to bawheid droning on, I thought of all the loved, the lost and their carers I spent time with in that place in the early days of HIV/AIDS. They were among the best of us.

@paul1964Jam I used to get the 12 from my front door to work. I now live in Glasgow and we have a London 12 in the bus museum here! They have days when old buses drive between all the museums in the city and I try to catch the 12 for old times sake!

@Princedex1110 @lorrainemking I thought that in the Western Hemisphere, December occurs in 'Winter'. I must be mistaken. Silly me.
