Reality is the independent nature and existence of everything knowable. Meaning reality is existence, so that means that our existence is, of course, the mind and brain. Because the mind cannot exist without a brain and we cannot exist without a mind, and a person cannot have a mind without brain activity, we need the mind to exist, so the mind and brain are existence, meaning reality. So what is beyond reality is what’s between reality, the liminal realm; liminal means between, and a realm is a field of activity. meaning I discovered reality and beyond reality. Things can of course exist in reality without a mind and brain, such as our bodies, but our reality is shaped by the mind, and the mind cannot exist without a brain, meaning our existence is the mind and brain but the same as us. Everything else exists as part of the universe's creation and evolution throughout time. But our reality is only existent because of our minds and brains, and by definition, "youth, when death has no reality.". So things that aren’t living are not a part of reality or never had a reality, such as a cup, a can, or a car that has been manufactured after finding materials on the planet after it's evolution and existence in the universe. They are just existent, of course, and a part of reality; they don’t have their own.
