Hi, Funeral Director here. The people who die alone are men. Women have a community, men rarely do. We have to search far and wide for someone to claim their bodies, in many cases, we bury them curtesy of the state and the only people who are at the funeral is me and a driver.

Nothing to promote but let me say, MAKE PRE-ARRANGEMENTS. Let others know your preferred disposition. Make a Will especially if you have children. Family will fight your children, siblings will turn against each other. Personally, using an estate agency is best. ❤️.

Everyday we sit for hours to individually screen the over 1000 pax who come into the country (at just 1 airport) and it’s our very own Jamaicans come and disregard the protocols set in place to protect the country. At the end of the day our throats are sore from the nonstop. .

@KillerQueenKath We bury them. They are dressed in donated clothes, we buy flowers and hire someone to say a few words. By law, city cemeteries have a section for indigent persons so we bury them there. We usually video the short ceremony and save it just in case someone shows up years later.
