My hot take on Trump’s inaugural address… Certainly not a conventional inaugural address or unifying speech, especially in terms of its language to the previous administration, but nevertheless a speech that spoke to deep American values and history, with a sense of religious purpose, and a great deal of vision, mission and ambition - not just promising to make King’s dream come true, but even putting a man on Mars. I don’t know about Mars, but a huge crater’s just appeared in Washington. Ladies and Gentlemen, Donald Trump has now entered the building.

He’s smashing Biden to pieces with his every word here. Biden will be fuming (if he’s listening it, which can’t be guaranteed). Not a unifying inaugural address by any measure.
