Not knocking the good intentions here bt the title 'Choices' is wholly inapprop/misleading for CCE. It doesn't happen bc children choose it. It happens due to grooming/rewiring.
Most crucial of all, minors cannot consent to their own exploitn/abuse/slavery

Why wasn't Child Criminal Exploitation worthy of inclusion as a hidden harm?
It's the most common category of Modern Slavery.
It's seeing large numbers of children targeted, recruited, groomed, exploited & subjected to trauma, mental & physical harm as well as death.

As part of the Hidden Harms Summit we announced a multimillion-pound investment to law enforcement to tackle child sex offenders on the dark web, and develop an action plan to tackle domestic abuse, child sexual exploitation and modern slavery.
