before I begin, I’d like to point out that ANY WEIGHT LOSS IS BETTER THAN NO WEIGHT LOSS. if you think 2-4 pounds per week is too slow of a weight loss, then good luck relapsing and gaining weight back when you can’t get out of your binge-restrict cycle.
