at the beginning of the year I had intense anxiety and no friends, she helped me learn what I value in life and manage my anxiety. I still have no friends but I am better socially. I feel like she was the first therapist who really cared about who I was as a person.

Random hot take maybe but imo I feel like it is totally fine to trace things like mobility aids in art if it creates more disability representation, because I know that they are often really complex and intimidating especially for beginner artists 🙊🙊.

Ofc her wings are affected by her conditions aswell so she’d need to take breaks but I think it would be really great for her to switch in between using her legs and her wings instead of overworking jus her legs.

telling ppl with mental illnesses to never voice their experiences is bad actually, art is a way for people to express whats on their mind in a way they can't otherwise.
i think two things can be true that tyler can suffer from intrusive thoughts and that this is also should have stayed in the journal.
