Exactly 3 years ago; I'd been Covid positive for 10 days in a row. I didn't know that blood clots had formed in my leg. 2 days later, getting out of bed & going for a walk on the beach would dislodge these clots, sending them through my heart & into my lung. #PulmonaryEmbolism
